Music is an integral part of our weekly worship service. The choir sings one anthem per service and assists the congregation in singing the hymns and praise songs. Our choral library has over 900 works in a variety of styles, from classical through recent works.
The sanctuary choir warmly welcomes enthusiastic young-adult and adult singers of all levels so that “with singing lips my mouth will praise You.” (Psalm 63:5). And we will “Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!” (Psalm 98:4)
Please contact our Director of Music Ministries, Ruth Huber for more information, or just join the choir rehearsal on Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
Children’s Choir is seasonal, and newcomers are always welcome.
Congregational hymn singing is primarily from the New Century Hymnal. We also use hymns from the Pilgrim Hymnal and other hymnals on occasion. We also use praise songs with our worship service.
